Steering box issue help needed

i need to replace the gear box for the steering....anyone know if the one off of a 96 will work on my 91? i also heard that one off a Rodeo will work, any idea's on that....no junk yards around me have 4runners so....

In 96 Toyota went to rack and pinion steering, you don't have that, so no.

As far as from a Rodeo, anything's possible.

found a scrap 91 runner.....tons of awesome parts on it.....the guy is gonna tow the car to my place and let me grab everything i might need off of it, in trade for tattoo work for his wife (yes im a tattoo artist)...lol.....woo hoo
