steering damper removal...

So the manual says to use a puller to remove the steering damper from the tie rod...no one sells a puller and that damper IS NOT budging...

Any ideas on how you guys removed your stock steering damper?

I know Ive asked like 20 questions in 2 days but I appreciate it!!

HAHA! Ill have to give that a try...there isnt a whole lot of room to hammer down there though...
