Ive got a 05 SR5 v6 with about 145k on it. Got it in November, and in February I completely rebuilt the front end because it was loose and I had mulitple components leaking; so all new CAs, new TREs, new CVs, new struts, new sway bar end links and new bushings for the sway bar. I put the DasyStar 1" spacer on it and new Wildpeak ATW3s 265 75 16s. It seemed "tighter" at first, but now Im having some of the same symptoms as before the rebuild: jolting, feels loose, and "head shake" for lack of a better term when hitting certain bumps in the road. Are there any other components Im missing that could cause these, possibly in the steering system? Or is this just a trait of the 4Runner? The fact it did it before the rebuild makes me think its not the spacers.
What else could cause these symptoms?
ETA:
-got alignment after right after install was completed
-retorqued everything after about 500 miles
-tire pressure it at 32lbs
