Steering Wheel/Cabin Vibration

Above 65mph the interior vibrates quite a bit. I took it into my mechanic and they said mechanically it looked fine but the tires were cupped and should be replaced. I replaced 2 at a time and the problem is still there (getting worse). They mentioned a recall relating to something in the steering linkage but I can't find anything online through searches. The vibration is strong through the steering wheel.

Anyone know about something like this?? TIA.

I was hoping it'd be a balance/alignment issue. My experience in the past has been that type of vibration through the steering wheel has been cured by tire balancing. No luck this time. Ball joints is a good suggestion, I'll bring this up to the mechanic.

have your tires balanced at a dealer that has a haweka adapter. If it's still doing it, have your tires shaved round. Still doing it alignment/ball joints. possibly shocks
