Steering wheel not returning to center after suspension overhaul

After replacing the following I took it to get an alignment. Alignment specs to me, look great. Shop told me that the steering wheel will not return to center and that there is play in the wheel. I do not feel the play but do on occasion notice it will not return to center after full lock. The alignment shop seems to think it's an issue with the rack. Alignment specs attached.

New OEM lowers
New rack (OEM reman from The Rack Dr)
New OEM power steering pump
Outer tie rod
End links
Sway bar bushings

New rack bled properly? Fluid topped off? Do you think it drives fine? If all that's good just drive it. Alignment actually looks really good.

Great question, I had a shop do install. What is the proper way to bleed rack? Worth nothing that they used power steering fluid and not dexron ATF.

It requires lots of lock to lock turning and refilling to get all the air out, maybe someone with a service manual with chime in with full procedure? Yes it should be ATF, why would a shop use anything other than what's spec'd on the cap? Although it should still work with ps fluid, it sounds like it might not be bled out yet.

I'm going to flush it to he safe. I don't have OEM ATF fluid readily available so I bought some Valvoline Dex/Merc. Hopefully that's fine.

I think it actually specs dex on the cap, not the Toyota WS transmission fluid.

I talked the shop that did install. They used pyroil ps fluid. The label makes it sound like it's ok for Toyota.

I had my lift installed by a mechanic doing side work. After the lift my wheel wasnt centered. Took it to 4wheel parts for the alignment and got it back with the wheel where it should be.

I'm flushing system tonight with aft and then having it aligned again tomorrow. Hopefully this fixes my issues.
