I am looking to install the new in dash navigation system in my 07' 4 runner. Can someone provide me the step-by-step guide to remove the existing CD dash and install the new one.
I found this from another forum but looks pretty straight forward to me.
I just bought an 06 and had a couple bulbs to replace in my AC display and this link came in handy for that. For my stereo install I will start at step 4 second picture (I have an 06 with a standard radio) so that is where I will start, here is the link. If I get all my stuff in this week I may tackle mine this weekend. I ordered a Pioneer double din nav/dvd unit, steering controls, sirius tuner, ipod cable, P400-4 channel amp and two 12" subs. For now I am going to run the stock speakers off the front of the amp and use the rear to power the 2 subs. In the long run I will replace all the stock speakers, run those off the p400-4 and purchase a p400-1 channel amp and push a couple 15's. I have the p400-4 and 12" subs so that is why I am starting with that. I will take pictures and do a write up of the install when done. Good luck with yours.
