Stereo Grounding? Hear headlights, wipers and pop when exiting the vehicle

Ok I swear I have more problems than anyone else here.

I guess i have a lot of time on my hands and would LOVE to fix everything finally.

Ok speakers POP when turning headunit on, followed by constant static, headlights make a slight noise along with wipers sometimes.

Last but not least. When sliding off seats to exit the vehicle [lifted] I always get a POP. I thought it was the leather this whole time, then I decided to do it with the headunit off and, poof its gone..

Grounding right? Where do I look, what should I check?

as far as the constant static goes: Are your RCA wires and 12v power wire running next to each other? If they are, it can cause the static you are hearing. Does is sound like a wining noise coming through the speakers?
