Stereo sounds like crap after new dashboard

Stock Jbl system sounded great and then after the new dashboard replacement, it sounded like poop. Any suggestions?

So.... rather stupid question, but did you guys make sure to set your custom Bass, Treble, ect. settings again? The radio gets pulled out so all that's set to default.

If those are all set the way you like them, what exactly do you guys mean? Crackly? Center speaker not working, ect?

Same settings. All speakers work. It sounds muffled or if you would cross the neg and pos wire on a speaker and it just doesn't sound in sync. Then again its all harnessed so it can't be crossed. I have no idea.
