Hey guys I did some searching found a bunch of good info but still not exactly what I was looking for.
Installed aftermarket speakers into my truck about 3 months ago. They have been rocking great. Recently I got into my truck and turned on my radio to a weird static sound and then it went out. I wasn't sure what it was.
Well to find out what the result was zero sound out of my back speakers both sides. I opened up one side to verify the connections are good. Would having one speaker in the rear with a bad connection make both go out? I was goinh to check the second one but it got a little cold and dark fast.
I think it maybe due to the factory amp is no longer powering just the rear? Could there be a fuse? Before i move to upgrade the head unit Id like to have all 4 speakers jamming.
