Sticking brakes when outside temp hits the 70s

I have a 2002 SR5. When the temp outside begins to warm up my brakes start sticking. This happened last year as well and toyota said they have no idea what the problem could be. Moisture in the line was 1%,which they said is normal. Looking for thoughts/advice before taking it back to toyota.

Make sure everything is lubed up good and a fluid change would not be a bad idea if it does have moisture in the line

I vote for a brake fluid change also. And I would also try and purge fluid out of abs also.

I think the fluid was changed last year around this time. The mechanics were at a loss last year. This went away over the winter and now it's back. Checking abs is a good idea. The other odd thing is that my right blinker blinks faster in the summer than winter...

It's usually the opposite. Rear brakes stick when cold.... hmmmm

Can you do that without the scantool or whatever toyota uses?

Turn the ignition switch OFF, depress the brake pedal more than 40 times.

HINT: When a pressure in power supply system is released, reaction force becomes heavy and stroke becomes shorter.

Turn the ignition switch ON. check that the pump stops after approximately 30 to 40 seconds .

NOTICE: When the pump does not stop, repeat step (a) and (b) again.

With the ignition switch remained ON, depress the brake pedal more than 20 times.
Observe the procedure in step 4 and bleed the right and left front brake caliper.
Holding the brake pedal depressed, bleed the right and left rear brake caliper.

HINT: It is not necessary to depress the pedal continuously, as brake fluid flows out by first depressing.
