Sticking Throttle

This seems to happen only sometimes, but it jerks enough to be really annoying. My throttle sticks right when I start from a stopped position. I have all the stuff to clean the throttle body and MAF, whether or not that's part of the issue. Is there something with the cables? A little help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I had this happen when I had a chevy blazer. It probably just needs the throttle body cleaned, fixed it on the blazer as it had some carbon deposits building up.
