i drive a 92 4runner v6 auto and i've replaced the starter motor, the battery, the alternator, the water pump, the oil pan gasket, the thermostat, the radiators been flushed and replaced with new premixed coolant, and i also recently changed the oil and filter. with all the items that i changed the car still overheats after i drive it around town for a like an hour-hour and a half. can this overheating be coming from the transmission, my head gasket, oil pump, or what? would the temperature gauge in the dash rise due to tranny temp, or is it only engine temp? I'm at a lost here and i really need some advice. can someone tell me what the problem might be, I'd really appreciate it.
