Something you may not have thought to check...the gaskets between the different sections of the exhaust system.
I had an elusive metallic clunk/squeak on large bumps as you describe. Replaced every single suspension component (it was due anyways at 150k miles). Clunk/speak persisted. Got out the spray bottle with soapy water. The gasket between the y pipe and the main cat had deteriorated enough that that joint would move when I hit a big enough bump. Replaced that gasket and noise was gone and hasn’t come back.
It’s a conical gasket that aligns the two sections as the joint is tightened.
I would check there - it may be your culprit.
