i usually keep my climate on auto with the ac.

as of late, when i start the car up, the air coming out of the vent stinks like vomit.

i hear it's condensation and you need to spritz some freshener stuff? what's the best resolution to this smelly conundrum?

We use Frigi-Fresh. It kills bacteria and has a nice fresh smell.

check to make sure no small critters are in there. if not change out your filter turn the system on and spray lysol into your air vents. should work.

Just to be clear, you should never spray anything into the vents inside the vehicle, especially with the climate control system operating. The idea here is to run the system and spray into the air intake in the cowl area. This is where the outside air enters the climate control system.

Alternately, there are kits made that allow you to spray a disinfectant foam directly on to the evaporator under the dash. But I would only go that route for a really smelly system that does not freshen up with easier methods.
