stock FJ Cruiser TOKICO suspension

Was wondering if the stock 2007 FJ Cruiser TOKICO suspension will fit a 2004 4runner, and if they will provide some lift.

I have a 2005 V8 Sport edition and replaced the Xreas shocks (two were leaking) with the shocks/coils/springs (front and rear) off of a 2007 FJ Cruiser.....got about 3/4"-1 inch lift, more noticable in the front.......no complaints or problems with the change
