ok so major noob question, do the factory running boards just bolt on to the frame? If so how long would it take to get them off with two people? I think its time for me to be a real t4r member & take them off. :)

If I remember correct it was a 10mm socket. Took me about fifteen minutes with a hand tools. Easy to fix this issue. Pics before and after bud.

easy as pie

Its like 8 bolts a side, I did myself in about 30 minutes. Super easy, truck is always filthy now....

Took me about 30 minutes in my driveway by myself. It's a 13mm to get the six bolts on the frame, then a 10 at the front wheel well.

Man it's been sooo long but it's easy to do. You will love the look. I remember people asking me if I got it lifted.

I'm amazed how easy it was, I used the 13mm all around, is the front top bolt not suppose to come off? It looks like it was tac welded in place but i couldn't tell since I got mine under coated.

Here are some pics :)
