Stock Wheel Offset Question

I bought ATX Ledge wheels that have an offset of zero. The stock wheels have an offset of 30mm. Is it safe to assume that the new wheels will only extrude out from the hub an additional 1.2" (30mm approx.) compared to stock? I sort of recall my 2nd and 3rd Gen 4Runners wheels extending out past the fender well slightly without a problem. This is my first new wheel venture and I am learning on the fly.
I know it is a little late to ask since I already bought the wheels but I want to prepare to look for larger mud flaps or fender flares if necessary. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Jeff

The 0 offset wheel itself will stick out 30mm further plus half the difference in wheel width. The stock wheel is only 7.5" wide. The outside edge of the tire however will only stick out approximately 30 mm more compared to stock if you use the same tire width, as the tire is centered on the wheel. The width of the tire shouldn't change a lot with the increased wheel width, but it will increase some amount depending on the tire you use. On a 4th gen, a zero offset wheel with stock tire size will be out close to flush with the fenders. I have spidertrax on the stock wheels and they are 1.25" or 31.75 mm thick, which makes my stock wheels effectively -1.75 mm offset. With stock size tires, the outer edges are almost flush with the wider 2006 fenders.

I have stock size tires, 265/65 17"~The wheels are ATX Ledge's 17"
