Question for all you smart 3rd Gen owners.
I got my first 4Runner a few weeks back. The only rust I saw on the body was in the photo below. I was wondering if it's possible that this was coming from the inside, as I've read on here before that water can get inside the fender flares and inside the doors? I took the inside panel of the door off and I didn't find any rust inside, but it did appear that it had been wet at some point? Could this be the cause of the rust on the outside? This is the lower right side of the drivers side rear door. I did get some rustoleum rust covering/coating and sprayed the lower half on the inside of the door in an attempt to keep it getting any worse.
Also, what's the part number for the rubber gasket between the fender flares and body? I'd like to take them off and get them repainted, but those gaskets will need replaces as most of them are very warn and are leaving gaps between the body and flares.

I should note that on the passenger side rear door, there is some sort of clear plastic that covers that part of the door (factory part) that's missing on this door. The other door has no rust in that spot.
