Hi all,
I plan on doing rear breaks on my 02 t4r.
So along with other parts I ordered this from rockauto, thinking I should receive two hoses for both sides, as I researched it and amazon has this

https://www.amazon.com/StopTech-950-44510-Brake-Stainless-Steel/dp/B0031HJNRK

But on rockauto site description says line kit for rear breaks. However I received only one hose. Am I missing something? Don’t I need two lines?
And lines on amazon have bundjo fittings, unlike the one I got. Really confusing... and price I paid is like for two...

There is only one rubber line in the rear for brakes. And yes, I've been looking at the price for the rear hose and it is a bit high for just one hose.

No, I got the answer. Rockauto responded and spoke to tech rep at stoptech. 01-02 have VSC and they need 2 lines. No VSC - 1 line. But for whatever weird reason stoptech sells it individually and calls it lines kit. Rockauto names it Rear Break LineS kit” plural. Very misleading. I’ll give it a thought, either order another one or return it and get new rubber ones. Or order on wheellers. They make black and red. $58 a pair.

My mistake - I've been researching a similar upgrade for mine and I'd verified that my 2000 only has one line in the rear - didn't realize the TRAC/VSC trucks were different.

Not if you want SS. StopTech on EBay are the cheapest SS brake lines that I've found.

I did the Tundra 199 upgrade on my truck and want to replace the lines, I assume I would use this kit as well??? Any input?

Thanks!
