Did anyone see the artcle in the wall street journal yesterday about a recall of the 2004 and 2005 4Runner regarding steering problems?

Artilce states the transporation department is looking into Toyota's slowness in reporting problems. And the problem relates to a "defect involving relay rods prone to fatiguing, cracking and breaking"
I have had my 2004 4Runner since new, and have never heard of this recall, and I don't remember seeing anything here on these formums. I guess I missed it?
Anyone know anything about the recall? What the heck is a relay rod"
