I noticed this happening a lot now that it gets dark early that when I turn off the truck and exit with the Auto Headlights on I have a hard time arming the alarm. I basically need to be right up on the truck to arm and lock it, if I walk away even say 15-20ft nothing happens when I push the lock button but if I wait long enough for the headlights to shut off it works fine. I have already changed the remote battery and even busted out my spare that I have never used since I got the car with new batteries with the same results. If headlights are not on like during the day or returning to the car, I can use the remote to open it and even re-lock and arm up to 100ft away or so no problems. Anyone else ever experienced this? Is this like the strange rear window wiper doing one swipe when the car battery is getting weak and ready to die?
