Strange Electrical Issues After Flooding

My 2012 Trail 4Runner had potentially several months of flooding (was gone on a 5 month backpacking trip) from the two front and right rear sunroof drainage tubes getting blocked with dirt and flooding the floor areas, mostly on the front drivers side based on how the car was parked. Thanks to t4r.org, I was able to figure that out & fix it. However, now I'm dealing with a weird set of electrical issues I am assuming is tied to this:

Consistently Not Working:
  • DRL lights
  • Parking lights (front)... rear lights work
  • Check Tire Pressure Light (and oh I have checked...)

Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't:
  • All windows except driver's from driver's panel
  • Trunk latch open / close
  • Trunk window from center console (always works with keys in back)
  • Driver side rolls up half way and then rolls back down (if I go bit by bit it goes up, but a long press will cause this to happen)
  • Driver side power lock / unlock not working (passenger side power lock / unlock works fine always)

It seems like all of the inconsistently working items all happen at the same time. I've tried replacing a few fuses, patterns of car on / off to recreate, and have tried the power window lock button on driver side door a million times. Nothing sticks. Would love any guidance on how to fix this. I'm still on the journey of learning how to work on my car so seriously appreciate any help!

DRL lights, Parking lights, locks, latches, windows...

You might have some water damage / corrosion issues in a harness somewhere.

You can also check the resistance of some of these circuits as a troubleshooting step.
