strange noise

I've posted this one on yotatech but with no response, so...
Thing looks similar to this guy here 2004 Acura RSX Type S Noise (Part 2) - YouTube some metal rattling noise.

Starts when engine/exhaust/else warms up. It shows up around 1600 rpm and somewhere around 2500. Also, between gears when throtle is released.
Any suggestions? It's 1989 22RE.

Check the heat shields on things like the catalytic converter and other things on the exhaust, and the exhaust in general for anything that is loose.
