Strange noise

So I’ve developed a weird noise coming from the front of the vehicle. With the windows rolled up it sounds like a high pitched whistle but with windows down it sounds like a brake pad rubbing a rotor.

I had my Toyota dealer look into it and they said everything looked fine and they couldn’t hear any noise.

Anyone else ever had this issue? Thanks

I'm having a similar noise soooooo annoying

Its not the break pad it's a whistle for sure coming from the dashboard it's like there is a small hole somewhere

Specially when it's windy out side and driving speed around 120kmh

I'm just glad I'm not alone with same problem I'm sure will come up with a solution

I have a whistle, sounds like a kazoo, when driving about 60 and have a strong cross wind from the right. Does not do it from the left or under any other conditions..

I’m leaning towards small rock being stuck between rotor and backing plate.
