Hi, first time poster, but I already want to say thanks, I bought my 04 limited about a year and a half ago and the dealer failed to give me an owner's manual but I have found everything I have needed here on these forums.
So, the problem I am having is that I recently had to have some body work done after an accident and when I got the truck back from the shop there is something strange with the locks.
1. When I hit the lock button it will beep once like normal, but then a half second later it will beep again and the lights on the running boards illuminate.
2. Also, when locking at night I have always been able to double click the lock button and the headlights will go out. This seems to have stopped working.
3. When I shift the car into gear it seems like the doors are locking twice
4. I returned the car to have the insurance company fix it and they misunderstood me and just turned off the beeps but it still has the same problems.
Any ideas?
