Strong vibration's 65+, had inspection done. Thoughts?

Steve's got it, these issues are normally a plethora of things, not one simple issue. You've noticed it's improved with the new tire but there's still sound. I'm yet to hear an out of balance tires make noises but the driveline sure will. Keep chasing it and you'll eventually take it out.

For me it was:

Ball Joints
Sway Bar Bushings
New suspension (coils & shocks/struts)
Steering rack bushings
Tire Balance (this helped the most)
Tie Rods
New steering rack (completely gone)

All of these parts were worn considerably and had play or had leaks/tears leading to their failure.

I am interested to know more detail about when you say your steering rack was completely gone. The guides are replaceable what else goes in the rack?

Op watched your video and I would do the u joint if you find it is less sever in neturel

It is the opposite of that, haha. It is more severe in neutral.

Kinda hard to capture the vibrations with road noise and everything else at 65+ mph with a damn phone. I think that is about as good as it accidentally got for me.

I will however, try a u-joint in the near future. Just doing one thing at a time and hope it goes away sooner then later.

That wasn't too clear on my last post, what I meant was replacing it made the vibrations completely gone.

There are seals within the steering rack that can fail, and mine did. It was leaking out the tie rod boot. The steering started to get really sloppy and took a half rotation of the steering wheel before the tires would move.

Went to a driveline specialty shop today. Drove the truck there, had him check it out sitting. No slop in the u-joints, said my slack in the t-case/diff is normal. Drove him around in it, said that's normal, it passed all tests.

Pulled driveshaft off the truck, it's good. Nothing needing replaced or attention. Went over LCA again, appeared bushings were wore out as they don't sit flush with the edge of the arm like the uppers. Did some digging and the OEM bushings look identical to mine. Did some prying tests and such, no slop or anything with my bushings. Uppers appear brand new bushing wise.

Added my energy suspension rear sway bar bushings and end link bushings. All of this combined with new tires, still there.

I tried. Steering rack and everything else mentioned are tight and solid. Checked all that 500 miles ago when I was doing my inner/outer TRE's. No leaks, no grinding sounds, nothing at any RPM it's all speed associated. Found out the clunk I had upfront was the EVAP box not bolted down to the fender. Fixed that.

Driving it and going to wait for something to blow up or fall off. :redbrick:
