I don't know if you already have an answer but in a previous car I was able to stick a butter knife or anything else long and skinny into the slot under the cd and press the eject button and kind of lift it out of there. Hope that helps.
been there , i used a piece of solid copper wire with a 180 degree bend in it aimed at center of cd and caught it . didnt scratch allman bros cd and cd player works fine still rob
I used some tweezers to try and pull it out. I couldn't do it, but when I touch the CD with one side of the tweezers and it moved in a little and then came out. My CD was Geroge Benson and it didn't scratch. Also, it has worked since. Good luck.
