stuck window

My 98' driver side front window is having trouble rolling up. Its an electric window and when I looked it over I notice there is a rubber runner, inside and towards the front of the door, that my window is not aligned inside with. I have no idea how to get the window back into that runner. Any ideas?

Got to open the door panel.
lift the arm rest and remove the two phillips bolts and also the inside door handle. Lift the panel slowly.
then lift the panel right up.
Then remove the plastic cover by gently pulling it. Now you can see the tracks
