Suggestions on how to install these light bars?

Hey gang - 2005 4Runner. I purchased a set of emergency scanner lights that I would like to install in the back of my 4Runner. You'll see in the attached picture how I would like them setup - hanging directly below the rear spoiler (I'm holding one light bar; there would be another on the right side of the spoiler).

Thing is I can't figure out a way to 'suspend' them. Can anyone make any recommendations or point me in the direction of a part that I can use that would allow me to securely hang the bars from the spoiler? Appreciate the support!

If you are looking for a way to attach it without drilling any holes you may want to try 3M Automotive Tape: Amazon.com: 3M 03614 Scotch-Mount 1/2" x 15' Molding Tape: Automotive

The stuff holds pretty well and although can be a pain to do so, is removable if you ever wanted to take them off.

At my rescue station we have Emergency lights that hang from the spoilers on our Tahoe's. I think they look great. They drilled right into the spoiler and used two brackets. I'll try to take a picture next time I'm at work.

Yeah I would except there is no where to place the tape to hold the lights in the position shown. The spoiler doesn't have any flat spots near there, and the lights themselves only have a flat spot along the back...not the top edge (which this would require).

So just an update guys - I rigged (in a good way) something together that works for my application. I got a few plastic "J-hook" pipe hangers and a rol of galvanized steel from Lowes in the plumbing section. I cut the "J" part off of each hook and used 10lb double-sided tape (also from Lowes) to hang them from the back side of the spoiler straight down. Then I cut a piece of the steel roll the length of the scanner bar for each light, and screwed the ends of it to the pipe hangers. Used the same double-sided tape along the entire length of the steel 'backing plate' and adhered the lights to it. Seems to work pretty well. Appreciate the support everyone!
