Sun visor warning stickers

Wondering if everyone was taking off all the warning stickers on the sun visors? It's kind of annoying. Hope this isn't a stupid question:decision:

The sun visor police will track you down, just like when you remove the tags from a mattress.

I don't think its crazy. But maybe because I'm crazy:noidea:

Here's how I did it in my last vehicle: I drenched a paper towel in 90% rubbing alcohol and then let the paper towel rest on the sticker for 15-20 minutes (make sure that paper towel is dripping wet in alcohol). All of the edges of the sticker peeled up, I pulled gently on the edges and wham...I had clean, sticker free sun visors.

I haven't done this on my 4Runner yet and I can't guarantee that it would work. But it looks like the same thin material sticker that was in my last car. I am not a gambling man...but I'd be willing to bet that you could get them off with my rubbing alcohol/paper towel method!

Best of luck! Let us know if you figure something out!

I too, think it is a good question. Those stickers are annoying. I will be interested in hearing if the alcohol method works.

Haven't tried this yet, but possibly a hair dryer could heat up the stickers enough to peel off. That or a clothes steamer.

Same I did on a different vehicle, but 4runner looks the exact same type of label. the alchohol soaked papertowel let is sit for 10 minutes and it comes right off
