sunrioof noise is there any cost for tsb??

I have the dreaded grinding sound from my o4 sunroof. I hope the o4 is included in the tsb for the noise. I just dont want the stealer to charge me for anything random. i just would think the defect would be free.

my questions are:

Whats there any charges for anything??

how long does it take for them??

If you have the TSB and it has the symtoms described by the TSB, the work is free if you're under warranty. The moonroof is covered by the 3yr/36k warranty, unless you have an extended warranty.
