Sunroof | Do you use it?

I definitely enjoy having the option to have the roof open. I've been sliding the cover shit more and more recently though. I don't really like being all lit up inside, and it definitely lets more heat in when the cover isn't closed.
I'm glad it has it, but I also enjoyed the added headroom in rkntoy's rig when I was in it. I'm not worried about leaks- those can be fixed easily enough.
The added space inside really is noticeable, and if I could option out my "dream 3rd gen", I'm not 100% sure I would add the sunroof.

Mine has no sunroof. That's the way I prefer it. Less complication/weight and more interior headroom.

Have one, but want it gone.

I will remove it and the motor and weld-in a piece of sheet metal, making room for a Ham radio and its antenna...

If anyone interested in buying it, PM me and I'll let you know once I get it out.

Love the sunroof. I found that when cruising at highway speeds - above 60mph - the BEST way to go without too much wind noise is to go sunroof full open and rear window about 3/4 rolled down. This also doesn't give you that annoying pressurized wind popping in your ears.

sunroof

Yes, i use it. Let the rear window down as previously described, partially open sun roof...creates alot of air flow. Its useage is limited, but i am not unhappy that it came with my 4runner. With that said, i will skip it on future models.

I love driving with the sunroof open. But at 6' 1" I am always brushing my head on the headliner covering the track. It's the single most annoying thing about my truck.
