Sunroof drain unplugging, or tropical 4runner?

Ok, so had(have )water on driver side footwell, tried using safety wire to clear out drain from the top- can feed about 4ft in then stops. Next tried line from weed wacker, same result. Thinking was, might have a big blockage; next tried some 8 gauge wire nice and sturdy fed something less than 4.5 feet stopped . Tried to feed more wire in 1/2" at a time by using needle nose pliers. Thought I was golden after feeding 6 plus feet in (although, I didn't see any water under truck as if clearing blockage) turns out I forced the plastic tube of the drain and the last 2 feet of wire were snaking my headliner. :redbrick::redbrick::redbrick:Not that effective.

Anyone know how to get to the bottom of the drain? My thought is to try and snake it from the bottom.

Also are their rear drainage holes as well? I couldn't really see anything looking toward the back of the sunroof.

This is what we do at the shop. Take a rag and an air nozzle and use the rag to seal the nozzle.

Funny you should mention that; tried that on the driver side directly into into the hose since it was already pulled away from the drain from the wire mishap and I had pulled the trim so I could get under the headliner. Worked great, then figured I try blowing compressed air into the drain on the passenger side. Blew the hose off the drain barb. Took the oh jesus handles off, pulled the trim so I could drop the headliner and get to the hose. Blew out the water but there is some serious blockage in there blowing a lot of the air back up. I will drain slowly now, albeit slowly.

Try some hydrogen peroxide in the drain hole. It won't affect the rubber but will work to dissolve whatever is blocking up the tube. The reminds me, I need to check my drain tubes, and I got a few drops of water from the sunroof the other day when it rained a lot.
