Super deal question about Goodyear A/T's

I've been looking on Craigslist for some rims lately, I have the chrome ones that came with the 06' 4runner. Not my flavor so i've been looking for the stock ones that come on the FJ's.

I found them, and they come with Goodyear A/T's LT265/70R17 mounted and the spare. I'm wondering if you'll agree that this is a deal and that the tires should still be good. They've been sitting in a climate controlled storage unit for a while. Pictures don't look like they have dry rot.

How are the Goodyear silent Armour ats?

im really hoping you bought them. thats the exact set i want and thats $800+ in tires alone, not including mounting balancing AND the rims
