Super White owners please

Any SW owners found a touch up paint that is a decent match? I have the 040 code from Toyota and it isn't even close. I know touch up paint is never a perfect match but this looks several shades off. Anyone experiment and come up with something better?

040 Has been a perfect match for me on my 2018. Got it from the dealership parts counter.

That's annoying. I did have a white 2008 Mustang though, and their touch up paint matched pretty well on that.

I have a white 991.1. It doesn't even look like the same color as another car with the same paint code. The dealer tried to explain it to me and my eyes glazed over.

You've actually gotta put work to it and blend it in. You can't just dab paint on and expect it to look good.

When I painted my rear spoiler the 40 was way off so I got another Dupli-color for a Toyota and it was spot on for my 2016 SW. Can't remember the number but it was at Pep Boys and was for an earlier Toyota.

Never play the S in scrabble unless it nets you at least a 25 point advantage over what the word would be worth without it.
