Supercharger Questions - Ones I haven't seen answered!

I have a few questions about 2nd gen TRD OEM superchargers:

1. After how many miles is a nose cone rebuild typically required/called for?
2. If buying a used SC, is it a good idea to rebuild before install?
3. Is there anything in particular to look out for when buying a used TRD supercharger?
