Supercharging My 93 4runner

I plan on getting a vortec 4.3l v6 motor to drop into my 4runner and i want to supercharge it. Anyone got any info on what supercharger i would need and whats the best transmision to put in to hold the power for some mountain climbing and climbing some gnarly sand mountains like dunmont and such. I'm new to the 4runners so any help would be amazing

H'mm, a Vortec 4.3 V6 is a GM motor, so maybe you might find answers to those questions on ...

Supercharging a 5vz engine is waaaaaay better. Keep it toyota. :keyboard:

I want to keep it all Toyota but I was unsure of what motor to put in it to bet the best torque+horsepower. i've heard from people that the vortec was a great motor but I didn't want to stray from the toyota. If i go with the 5vz engine how much modifications will i have to do to drop it in?
