Suroco Safari Roof Rack

I was thinking of getting Surco Safari Roof Rack for my '05 4Runner. I like the design, price (!!!) and versatility. I'll be adding light, shovel and maybe tire fixtures there. The only thing which I'm warring about is fixing this rack on my stock rails with OEM cross-bars. I looked on this forum and couple others, but can't find the exact answer on the following question: Is it going to fit my cross-bars and what type of fixtures I need for this. I know that some members fixed it on THULE or Yakima cross-bars, but what about stock ones?

i looked in the owners manual for the runner and the stock crossbars can only hold up to 120lbs, and how the surco crossbars mount to the rack it would be impossible to use the stock ones anyway
