Suspension options

I know this has probably been asked a hundred times on here but I'm looking for some help with my suspension. I'm looking to lift my 98 3" and I'm trying to do it for about 600 bucks. I do some moderate off-roaring and I'm looking for something that's reliable but won't break my college bank. Any help is greatly appreciated.
