Suspension Solution?

My 04 4 Runner SE, has the typical low suspension in front, I am planning to fix that, my question what the typical measurement for both front and back?
I am planning to level it, but I am not sure if I need to change the suspension up front, or just do a leveling kit? my truck has 80K and I am not sure if I need to change shocks and springs up front and raise it that way or if it does not need service just do a leveling kit?
I am planning to do on low budget also, just want to level the truck, no sense on leveling old shocks and springs,

$150 will get you a leveling kit. Just get that installed on the stock springs/shocks. If you want more height or performance, look at OME springs with bilstein shocks or something.
