Why do you want 3-4 in the rear and only 2 up front?
If it's to solve a saging rear new springs will solve that.
As for having it installed, Which Vancouver are you at? Just in the Seattle area we have 2, one big one in BC and a small one down by Portland.

Big Country Customs in Abbotsford apparently has pretty good stuff. I'm not sure if either of these guys do installs but if you call them, i'm sure they would be more than willing to help you find someone who could install one of their lifts.
