My buddy has started the tear-down on my runner (prepping for engine swap), and we've learned a few things. Notably:
Found cracks forming on the old radiator, so it's gonna be replaced. We'll finally do the tranny cooler at the same time. Tranny fluid looks good, so no worries there at least.
There was also a large bolt missing from the steering rack, which explains a thing or two... Would have found that sooner, if we'd done the rack bushings as previously planned.
Anyway, just looking forward to using this swap as an opportunity to get everything completely dialed in, and have no outstanding (or unknown) issues. Onward.
