swaping interior on a 2nd gen???

So I just picked up a 94 4runner to swap the engine into my 91 not after looking over the 94 ive realized frame/rust wise its basically in the same shape except for some of the doors, rear hatch and interior is pretty rough. so I wondering what would be a easier job swaping the doors, hatch and pretty much all the interior including dash basically everything but the headliner

I know swaping seats and center consule are straight forward but what about the dash how hard is it to remove?

I tried searching but didn't find any good threads on the subject besides swaping to LED display so any advice would be great.

would u rather pull two engines and do the swap or swap the interior and doors?

thanks

The dash is pretty simple in the 2nd gens, Mostly just bolts, start at the bottom with the lower panel and glovebox, pull out the stereo and guage cluster and work your way up until it's a bare dashpad, should only take a couple hours total, having 2 sets of hands makes pulling the dashpad out and putting it in easier.
