So what were your final lift numbers front and back? I'm about to install my Dobinson's lift and it's supposed to be around 3", but yours looks huge at only 2.5! I know a half-inch isn't that different, but neither is 3 inches to most people until it's done.

I have the 3" icon overland springs in the back which increase height when no load is in the back and lower with a load present, I am wondering if the front can come up a bit to compensate, maybe not? Also this build is based on me eventually putting a rear bumper/tire carrier/fuel can holder on, and towing an off-road camping trailer from S. Africa, which will bring down the height in the back as well. When I have time I will talk with the dealership about this. My mother just had a heart attack and goes in for open heart surgery tomorrow, so my focus has been on her.

Keep it the way it is! I like that look. It's the look I'll have so I can't say I hate it.

Secondly, truck looks awesome sir, good luck and nice taste.

You can raise up the front more with the suspension you have but you might need to look at a diff drop kit to maintain workable CV angles. I am getting my rear bumper soon and will be putting the 3" icon springs on to compensate for that. I am worried it'll rake too much though as well and considering the diff drop to fix it by lifting the front as I mentioned. Perhaps someone else can chyme in too.

Appreciated, surgery went well, she is heavily sedated and sleeping, I on the other hand am having a very large vodka then whiskey or 3ish around the fire pit tonight. Diff drop makes sense and may be in order, it drives perfectly and have taken it 3 times off-road so far, and am happy with how it handles. Guess mods are not completed lol.

Spent the weekend exploring the mountains between AB and BC in and near Kananaskis country, on some washed out roads that were for the most part passable. Only saw ATV's, on these trails. Very happy with how it drives now, never once felt unsafe. Will need to invest in a good air compressor shortly, would of handled the wet clay better if I had aired down, just have a mid range one for the time being for emergencies. Also be nice to have a dash switch that shows battery voltage, that will be ]added shortly as well. QUOTE]

When I purchased it, Pelfry offered linex, so I had them do it, just noticed it is not offered on their website now, not sure why. Here are a few pics of the mudflaps.

Chainsaw Mount Added

Added a chainsaw holder that attached to my baja ladder, was worried at first with the curve it has but it attached well. Thank you [MENTION=81003]Jono.ful[/MENTION] for the idea. Purchased it at Cabela's it is a Koplin chainsaw mount for ATV/UTV's. Nice having easy access to it, plus it frees up storage space for other gear. Can still easily go up/down the ladder as well.

Towed for the first time, very happy with how it drove, had about 3800lbs behind me and with the suspension upgrades, did not really feel like there was anything behind me for extra weight on the suspension. The back leveled out how it should under load, not sure of tongue weight, probably about 300ish lbs, engine of vehicle was partially over the rear 2 axles of trailer.

Used the ARB Awning room for the first time, lots of room, great ventilation, and easy to set up, very happy with it. Not my normal type of camping however have a very happy friend with a new Gazebo to keep the sun/rain off of them while they relax. Next trip will be in the mountains catching fish and fending off grizzlies like how it should be, now that's how to relax.
