I found this rig parked at a local repair shop. The owner is a mechanic there. I talked to him a bit and gave him an invite to the forums.
The truck is a 94 with a solid front axle conversion from an FJ40. He has a lot of cool work into the suspension, really nice job.
I understand the truck is pictured in a write up on a trail ride in 4Wheel and OffRoad magazine.
