Think logically here. "Clutch Start Cancel." What do you have to do when you start a MANUAL? Push the clutch in, right? SOOOOOOOO. If you push the "Clutch Start Cancel" Button, what do you thing is going to happen??

Haha what Doc is saying is that in general when starting a car with a manual transmission you have to press in the clutch. You can skip pressing in the clutch by pressing the clutch start button.

DOC? HMM. However thank you for the explanation.

The idea is you can start the truck with drive train engaged when you are stopped in a difficult situation. In 4L first gear, that Denso starter will climb a tree AND start the motor.

I use it mainly in the winter to start the truck to warm up without having to climb into the cab. Be SURE you are in neutral, or you will have a new entrance to your garage.
