Synthetic Differential Fluid - How long between changes?

Hey all,

I do NOT do much, if any towing as of late, and I'm looking at swapping out my diff fluid and putting in synthetic for the first time. With no / extremely light towing, how often would you replace it? The info I've been getting is between 60-90k. Thanks in advance!

I change out the gear oil in the diffs every 15k miles and the crankcase every 30k miles. I tow a fair amount - 3-4k miles per year.

I change the fluid about every 80,000 mi. Syn. fluid is awesome and really lasts. JMO
