Well, I ordered a ton of parts and they are all on their way. Thanks to [MENTION=9]Jason B[/MENTION] for the Headers, to [MENTION=130999]Inv4drZm[/MENTION] for some spankin new Bilstein 5100's to replace my broken ones, and [MENTION=112248]cpark_12[/MENTION] for giving me a set of Tacoma TRD front coil springs to go with my new shocks!! My front blinker sockets must have got water in them because they burnt out and sizzled some bulbs. In my searching I found a set online that were only $15 for the pair, but after shipping they were more than what the dealer cost is at $24. I went on ebay and came across these complete replacement units for $21! Front Left Right Pair For 2003-2005 Toyota 4Runner Park Signal Light Turn Mark
The lens's on mine are all yellow and crappy so I figured this would be a much better option. My fog lights look like crap too so I looked them up and came across these for $36: 2003 2004 2005 Toyota 4 Runner Fog Lights Clear Lens Lamp Replacements Pair | eBay So I ordered them as well so my fog lights and turn signals will be nice looking again. Sometime this summer I need to replace my headlights as the plastic covers are cracked and even after cleaning them look like crap.
I plan on running the bilsteins at 2.5 with the Tacoma coils and should get 3.5" of lift. Be nice to finally get that front end up where it belongs and not worry about those 35's eating my fenderwells! Hopefully I won't need a dif drop because my lower skid plate bolts are stuck in there and will require breaking to get them out. Really don't want the hassle but I'm know it will need to be done, when it's warmer preferably! lol

Sorry if I missed this in one of your other posts, but what's your plan for the rest of the exhaust?
Ditching the cats, URD simulator, true dual exhaust, magnaflow race series muffler.

Oh man, that's gonna be awesome. You hoping for loud-but-good or what?
People are often astounded when I tell them my 4Runner is a V8. Can't imagine what they would think with an exhaust system like that!
It's pretty loud right now. No muffler at all, just the 4 cats to quiet it down. Lol
I can't wait though! She should really scream now and free up some good power! I'll be doing before and after sound tests too.

Power! And raw badassitude! Everyone is going to be looking with the added bonus of scaring slow crappy drivers when I pass them with that mean exhaust screaming! I'm almost drooling in anticipation! Lol. If I was a chic my panties would be wet already! Wait... My pants are wet... Ugh hold on.

I broke the rear 3rd member right after I put the 35's on but everyone seems to think it was going bad for a while and that was the proverbial straw. The crush sleeve allowed to much flex which threw the teeth out of alignment.
I replaced the original cv's with over 160k on them, they were just worn out, then I broke 1 cv on the trail but I heard weird sounds and it just didn't feel right from the day I got it. It felt like it was binding for some reason.
Wheel bearings... I've been through 4 now, but I have a sneaky suspicion I didn't put the seal between the back of the knuckle and cv in correctly causing premature wear. Time will tell though.
Front bushings were replaced but honestly at 200k I can't say that is from wheeling it.
Brakes. I learned the hard way not to use drilled rotors as dirty gets stuck in the holes and eats your pads right up! Lol
Of course my exhaust it's shot, but 10 years in northern Michigan will do that. Lol
Overall, I've found everything holds up very well! Items wear out and I'm sure I speed that up a little, but I'm not complaining.
No issues with motor, Trans or transfer case. They are pretty strong units overall.

The seals on the back side- As long as the larger edge is sitting flush all around, there in correct.
I'm thinking I didn't seat them all the way.
