Does anyone know of, or better yet can recommend, a shop in the Phoenix area (preferably north Phoenix) that uses the T-Tech transmission fluid exchange system?

I wouldn't waste my money. The t-tech machine uses a pump to force fluid through, which I am not a fan of. The dealership where I work uses a machine that lets the transmission pump do the work. You just fill up one part of the machine with the new fluid, then hook up the machine. Turn on the truck, it pumps the old fluid out and the new fluid is sucked in. This way there is no chance of damaging the torque converter or solenoids.

I don't think that's the case - from a multitude of threads here and on the IH8MUD forums the t-tech is the safest and best way to go.

Forgot to ask in prior post, what specific machine is that at your dealership? If I find a dealership or garage with that other machine line then that should be good, too!
