T1809 with JBL

Does anyone know how to connect the scion pioneer T1809 to a 4runner with JBL Synthesis?

i think you may need one of these. PAC TATO Factory Integration Adapter Install a new car stereo and retain your JBL amp, balance and fade controls, and Synthesis® surround systems (2003-up Toyota and Lexus vehicles) at Crutchfield.com you might want to try searching the forum first tho.
